These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UCITSIncome ("UCITSIncome", "we", "us"), available at https://ucitsincome.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

UCITSIncome is a web-based software service that provides research and analytics tools for UCITS exchange-traded funds (ETFs), including fund screening, comparison, yield and price data, income and retirement calculators, tax-comparison tools, and a US-to-UCITS equivalent finder. The Service is informational and analytical only.

2. Not financial advice

UCITSIncome does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and is not a broker, adviser, or fiduciary. All data and calculations are provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors or delays. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

• The Service offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription billed €9/month or €84/year.
• Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com). Paddle handles billing, taxes, and receipts. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account page. On cancellation you retain Pro access until the end of the current paid period, after which the account reverts to the free tier.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: scraping or bulk-extracting data, reselling or redistributing our data, attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, and software are owned by UCITSIncome or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Market and fund data are provided by third-party sources and remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UCITSIncome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from investment decisions made using the Service.

8. Changes

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of UCITSIncome is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
