Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for UCITSIncome Pro subscriptions. Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com).
1. Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel at any time from your account page — no email or support request required.
- When you cancel, your subscription is set to stop at the end of the current billing period. You keep full Pro access until that date, then your account reverts to the free tier.
- You can resume a cancelled subscription before it ends, directly from your account page.
- We do not charge any cancellation fee.
2. Refunds
- 14-day cooling-off: If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, in line with applicable consumer law.
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period has begun, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.
- We may grant refunds outside these cases at our discretion (for example, technical issues that prevented use of the Service).
3. How to request a refund
Email support@ucitsincome.com from the address associated with your account, including the date of purchase. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. You can also request refunds directly through the receipt/invoice email Paddle sent you.
4. Free tier
The free tier requires no payment, so no refunds apply. You can stop using the Service at any time.
